AGROLOGIST
As an agrologist, you will contribute to the development of a diverse and sustainable countryside. You will be equipped to work in northern natural conditions and in an increasingly international and networked environment. Proficiency in natural products, northern agriculture and reindeer husbandry, as well as sustainable natural resource management opens up a wide range of opportunities for rural employment. Bioeconomy and circular economy are integrated into the programme.
As an agrologist, you can work in expert, advisory, and development roles within various organisations and the business sector. An increasing number of rural entrepreneurs require a higher education degree to successfully manage their businesses.
The extent of the programme is 240 ECTS credits. The agrologist studies are currently only available in Finnish.
